today was interesting. tree and i dropped off the grad night money and then we went shopping. it took me like, half an hour to find parking at valley fair. and it was pretty unproductive cuz we barely bought anything, but its okay. at least we got out of the house! and sort of got exercise walking around the mall too :)

only two things worth mentioning since my last post.
1. i watched die another day. halle berry = prettiful and vanquish = superprettiful. i loooove whoever created that movie. favorite actress + favorite car = almost favorite movie. well, not really, cuz the lack of a meaningful plot, but the carrrr. aaaaahhhhhhh what a pretty car. i'd watch it again just to see the vanquish again. and colin and frank and tom raced on the way home. that... was... interesting..................
2. i changed my necklace. i'm wearing the necklace tree gave me for my bday now... although i might change back to jason's necklace just because its really pretty but then like.. i dunno... i feel bad wearing it now :\
things i'm thankful for
1. my wellesley app is done and i'm getting my decision in less than 3 weeks.
2. my family is supportive about colleges and will pay for my tuition wherever i decide to go.
3. other than english ap, my classes are all pretty easy this year

what a looovely day. stats we watched princess bride. i've seen it a ton of times and i still love it. gov we just fooled around and took quizzes and surveys and stuff cuz pugh's site was down. lunch was awesome! the chicken was selling hella fast at 4 dollars so we raised it to 5, and it STILL SOLD! then at the end we brought it back down to 4 cuz lunch was ending soon, and we made like.. 140$!! :D :D go SEAK. haha yesss. electronics quiz kind of sucked, but everyone failed it so its all good. after school i washed my car so it is cleeeean now. then i slept, and now that i'm awake, imma go to franks i think. byeeee.

i studied hard for a test and ended up missing two questions because i got confused when i was bubbling the answers in. someone that didnt know half of the questions ended up getting a perfect because we had helped him cheat. can you honestly tell me that if you were in my place, you wouldnt have gotten annoyed?
i've always believed that those that cheated would pay for it in the end. maybe they'll get caught, or maybe they'll do poorly in life because they learned such bad habits in high school that they arent able to work hard in the rest of their lives. i never understood why people would cheat until i met someone that had to cheat on his final if if he wanted to graduate from high school. while i dont think he should have gotten himself into that situation, i can understand what he did and why he did it, and i think i would have done the same thing if i'd been in his situation. but i'm not talking about those types of people in those situations.
there are those that just dont do their homework or even listen in class and just play games all the time and expect to just cheat and have other people answer the questions for them. gov is the easiest class in the world. if you just listen in class and try on the homeworks, you're almost definitely going to get an a. most people are reasonably intelligent. if they just worked harder they'd probably do well in school.
and if you're going to cheat on a test, dont expect me to help you. and dont get mad when i dont.

tracy's blog made me remember something. i read a theory a long time ago that everyone has the same amount of luck in their lives, its just when they actually get the luck that makes peoples lives different. if that theory is true, i think i used up a lot of my luck when i was young. i won raffles, guessing contests, and math and science bowls and to this day, i still dont know how. now i feel like i have almost no luck. tracy talked about a bunch of classes where she'd almost gotten b's but got lucky and got a's. i have the reverse story. i've gotten so many b's for reasons i still dont understand. like molino-torres. i dont understand why i got a b. i did well on the quizzes and orals and i participated, and i still got a b. same with stenseth's ap history. first semester i got the same grades as devi and daphne but they got a's and i got a b. then second semester, i worked hella hard, did pretty well on the essays and tests, and i still got a b. i got a 5 on the ap test but i got b's in the class BOTH semester. and then there was ragonesi who refused to round up my 89.6 because i'd gotten a b on the final. and then theres first semester in chem and calc and compsci, and i got c's in all three of those classes because i failed the finals in all three of the classes. (failed as in got a c) which made me wonder... i got a c on the stats chapter 3 test. i know it seems insignificant because my grade right now is pretty high, but i always fail my finals and i dont want the final to drop my grade and make me end up with a b in the class. but whatever. it doesnt matter.

i have an a in all my classes except for english, which i have a b. i hope i can pull that up to an a by the end of the semester... ::crosses fingers:: english is like.. the only class i worry about. if i didnt have english, my life would be sooo easy. ::sighs::
i'm tired of having meetings every day. monday was a yc mtg. tuesday was a moreland west advisory board mtg. today i sat in on a yac mtg at the evergreen community center, and it took me 80 minutes to drive there cuz of all the traffic on 280. tomorrow i'm going to the human rights commission mtg and there better not be that kind of traffic or else i'm gonna tear someone's head off.
i cant believe they took away tutorial. i was gonna work on my thesis during tutorial... :\

tree's bday was yesterday and boooy was it a long day. we met at my house at 1 to take pics for the senior ad even though the boys suck and werent here until like.. 2:30.... but we still werent even done with pics until about 5. you can see leo's pics here. tree's still arent up yet as far as i know. then we went to see 8 mile which was a complete waste of money. we had a hard time deciding what to eat and finally chose frankie, johnny, and luigi too, and then we went back to my house cuz all the guys had no more money. tom looks lovely in a dress :P

i was driving monica home from ice skating yesterday and there was this huge puddle on miller and this car was next to me and they drove through it and they splashed my windshield and i couldnt see and monica started screaming. scared me half to death :\ when we got home, we watched the rain for a looong time because the rain is so pretty. and then there was a power outage. power outages are fun. monica and i did our homework by candlelight. english today made me dislike discussions even more because it was the most stupid most pointless thing in the world. and my feet were wet all day because our school was half flooded. at least i got an a on my electronics test, even without the curve :D and then i went home and read for like... 6 hours.

i'm sleeping in my nice happy dreamland, and all of a sudden, at 2 in the morning, i realize that i need to do my spanish homework. well, i dont need to do it cuz i already did it, but i wanted to make it look neater and stuff cuz i did it by hand istead of using the computer. so i get up and do it, and while i'm doing it, i look for an example, so i try to find tracys, but thats the problem. i dont have it! so i spend the next your panicking and looking for hers, until i realize i might not have it. so i'll just continue believing that she has it and i dont or else i'm gonna have a nervous breakdown. also along the lines of not having something, i lost my rosencrantz and guildenstern study questions. i KNOW i had them earlier this afternoon because i took them out when daphne asked me about them, but now i cant find them and i'm hella confused. and right before i go to bed, around like.. 4 in the morning, james tells me that 1-7 is due so i'm even more confused cuz i thought all the questions were due on thursday and we had the reading quiz tomorrow.
sigh. i hope tracy has her dia de los muertos thing. i'll go find her tomorrow morning before school and ask her. ::crosses fingers:: if she doesnt have it i'm screwed :\

booooo. i got a c on my english essay. sigh. i'm going to get a b in that class :\ during lunch, the seak meetings were unproductive as usual. after school we went to safeway to buy more noodles for spaghetti. we got potato chips because i need to bring food to the varsity social on friday. ::nodnod:: we got an extra bag for us to eat. yay for yummy potato chips at least. ::chompchomp:: and grrr to to the bell tournament. monica and i want to go but we have no judge. and anyway, we're prolly gonna have tree's party then. but grrr anyway.

i had a pretty fun weekend i guess. friday i went to valley fair with monica and we bought cologne for jason, then changed our minds and bought clothes and returned the cologne. in case anyone wants to buy a new cologne, the one monica and i like is by emporio armani and has "he" or "him" in random languages and it smells hellllla good. and then we went to the hc game. i still cant believe that the juniors won but whats done is done. at least we won decorations and rally, and those are the only two things i worked on, so i guess its all good. i spent all of saturday with jason, which was fun cuz i dont see him much anymore. i just realized a little while ago that i have school tomorrow and homework to do so i guess i'll go do it.
